We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for our Western Region, based at our Shottery development in Stratford-upon-Avon. Your role will involve supporting the Site Manager and supervising all employed and subcontracted personnel on site. Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach are essential, as you will liaise with various professionals and customers daily. Main Duties
1. Supervise all employed and subcontract labor on site, working with the Site Manager.
2. Coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries to ensure efficient construction, quality, and adherence to schedules.
3. Plan and schedule work to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
4. Ensure proper execution of working methods.
5. Assist with pre-completion inspections of properties with purchasers.
6. Support the sales team by preparing and maintaining show homes as needed.
7. Assist the Customer Care Team in completing maintenance works professionally and efficiently.
8. Attend necessary meetings to perform your duties effectively.
Essential Skills / Attributes
* Experience on a new build construction site.
* SMSTS certification and First Aid qualification.
* Knowledge of site health and safety regulations.
* Ability to read and interpret designs and drawings.
* Commercial awareness.
* Excellent attention to detail and a desire to succeed.
