As Business Support Partner role, you will: Operational Oversight & Strategic Support – Act as a business partner to the Director and senior leadership team, ensuring strategic priorities are delivered efficiently and proactively addressing operational challenges. Governance & Compliance Management – Coordinate governance processes, support policy register updates, oversee audit schedules, and ensure adherence to compliance requirements, escalating non-compliance when necessary. Tracking & Reporting – Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms for key deliverables (e.g., risk registers, reports, policy updates), ensuring progress is monitored and risks are flagged for timely resolution. Stakeholder Communication & Coordination – Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely follow-up on key actions. Process Improvement & Efficiency – Identify operational inefficiencies, develop solutions, and work with stakeholders to implement process improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Business Continuity & Risk Management – Support Heads of Departments in maintaining and updating business continuity plans to ensure organisational resilience and alignment with strategic objectives. We’re seeking someone with: Business Support & Coordination Experience – Proven background in business support, partnering, or governance roles with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Strong Organisational & Tracking Skills – Experience in maintaining documentation, tracking actions, and ensuring timely completion of strategic and operational tasks. Stakeholder Management & Influencing – Ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, department heads, and external partners, influencing decision-making and driving action where needed. Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement – A proactive mindset with analytical skills to identify process gaps, implement improvements, and enhance overall efficiency. Governance & Compliance Knowledge – Understanding of governance frameworks, compliance processes, and risk management to ensure regulatory adherence and operational effectiveness. Technical Proficiency – Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other document management tools, enabling efficient reporting, tracking, and data analysis. Why Join Us?
