Middle/Senior Mobile Quality Assurance Engineer
We are seeking a Middle/Senior Mobile Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure high‑quality delivery of mobile banking solutions for a major financial institution. This is a hands‑on testing role with a primary focus on test automation, whilst maintaining manual testing capabilities. The position offers opportunities to learn from senior team members and grow your expertise in enterprise mobile testing.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain automated test suites for mobile banking features across iOS and Android platforms using modern testing frameworks
* Execute manual testing for complex scenarios, edge cases and exploratory testing where automation is not feasible
* Design and implement test cases for complex user journeys, business logic and edge cases in financial transactions
* Identify, document and track defects through resolution, working with developers to ensure quality
* Validate API integrations, security implementations and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
* Participate in regression testing and contribute to continuous integration and continuous testing strategies
* Contribute to team discussions on testing approaches and automation strategies
* Support sprint objectives by delivering comprehensive test coverage on time
Requirements
* 4–6 years of quality assurance experience with strong automation and manual testing background
* Understanding of mobile testing best practices for iOS and Android platforms
* Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Detox, or similar tools
* Understanding of manual testing methodologies, test case design and defect management
* Experience with API testing, mobile application testing and cross‑platform validation
* Familiarity with Git, test management tools and CI/CD pipelines
