Project Manager - Contract (Business & IT Focus)

Broster Buchanan are working with a global retail organisation that has an immediate vacancy for an experienced Contract Project Manager with a strong background in both business operations and IT delivery. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional initiatives, ensure robust process, governance, and stakeholder management, while delivering business value at pace.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of business and IT change projects.
* Establish and maintain effective project governance, reporting, and risk management.
* Define project scope, plans, and deliverables, aligning with business objectives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology functions to ensure outcomes are met.
* Drive process improvements and embed best-practice methodologies (e.g., Prince2, Agile, Waterfall as appropriate).
* Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
* EPOS upgrade experience from on-prem to cloud (nice to have).
Experience / Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in both business change and IT delivery environments.
* Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk, and compliance.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
* Strong process improvement and documentation skills.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
