About the job
As the Digital Trainer, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation efforts, delivering engaging and impactful training to operational teams across multiple UK sites.
Visiting sites UK-wide to train operatives on the OCU One app (70% field / 30% office)
Delivering simple, engaging training sessions, mostly on‑site, with some classroom sessions acting as a vital link between technology and day‑to‑day operations, you’ll ensure that OCU One and related digital tools are successfully adopted and effectively used to drive operational excellence. You’ll provide training, offer post‑launch support, and ensure compliance, all while working closely with various teams to maximise adoption and performance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Demonstrated experience delivering change management training to field operatives and a broad range of employees, including back‑office staff, management, and executive teams, within technology or operations environments.
* Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the UK to support training and operational needs.
* Full UK Driving License is essential.
* Reporting to the Head of Digital Training and working closely with Programme Leads, Project Managers, IT Teams, and Regional & Local Operations Managers.
