A Chef de Partie is required for this family run country pub, providing a diverse menu of traditional cooked regional dishes from seasonally fresh food. The Third Chef will work closely with a talented team to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date. Service is Lunch & Dinner for 60 – 120 covers.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this Chef de Partie role will have approximately 3-4 years experience at a similar styled, volume, fast paced, fresh food property, where you have demonstrated excellent standards. An enthusiastic, hands on chef that is creative, confident and a good team player.
