Retail Support Advisor - Chat & Phone (1 day a week in office)
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 + great benefits

This is the perfect opportunity for someone from a retail, hospitality, or customer service background who wants to move into a Monday-Friday role that still uses all the people skills you've built on the shop floor - just without the late nights and weekend shifts!
What You'll Be Doing:
Handling inbound phone calls and live chat messages from customers
Helping with product queries, order updates, and general support
Logging interactions accurately on the CRM system
Delivering a friendly, professional service every time
Collaborating with your team to resolve issues quickly and positivelyWhat We're Looking For:
Experience in retail, hospitality or face-to-face customer service
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
A natural problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
Keen to learn and grow in an office environment
