A highly successful and well-established company based in the Rochester/Strood area is seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity with the potential for permanent employment following a qualifying period, subject to timekeeping, attendance, performance, and attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

Operating plant machinery safely and efficiently

Monitoring the production process
*
Carrying out regular quality control checks
*
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working Hours:
Day Shifts (Monday - Friday):

06:00 - 18:00, Monday - Thursday
*
06:00 - 12:00, Friday
*
Overtime payable after 40 hours
