This Learning Support Assistant role will involve supporting pupils with autism and complex communication needs within a specialist setting attached to the mainstream school. The provision offers a structured and nurturing environment with small groups, clear routines and strong staffing support. The successful Learning Support Assistant will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and therapists to support pupils with communication, emotional regulation and access to learning throughout the school day.
