Job Duties:
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
* Follow the school's curriculum and ensure learning objectives are met
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
* Assess student work and provide feedback
* Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Enhanced DBS check
* Right to work in the UK
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Experience in teaching or working with children in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong classroom management skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good understanding of the UK National Curriculum
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
* Previous experience as a Supply Teacher
Working Conditions:
