Job Description
We are currently recruiting Pickers to join our busy Despatch team at Pilgrim's Europe in Corsham. As a Despatch Picker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
* Pick customer orders accurately and within specification.
* Ensure all pallets are stacked and labelled correctly.
* Follow correct picking procedures at all times.
* Ensure all stock is picked in rotation and scanned correctly.
* Check all pallets before loading and ensure lorries are loaded safely.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Report any non-standard conditions immediately.
* Carry out additional duties site-wide as required.
Skills & Knowledge
* Previous picking experience is an advantage.
* Ability to work in a chilled environment.
Qualifications (desirable)
* Food Safety Level 2
* Health & Safety Level 2
