The Role:
As a supply Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting the classroom teacher and helping pupils to achieve their potential. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with the class teacher to enhance the learning experience for all pupils.
* Delivering targeted support to students individually or in small groups to boost their understanding.
* Promoting positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive atmosphere for learning.
* Assisting in the preparation and organisation of classroom materials and activities.
What You Will Need:
* A background in working with primary school-aged children is essential.
* A calm, positive, and resilient personality.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with children and staff.
* Formal TA qualifications (Level 2/3) are advantageous but not a necessity.
* An enhanced DBS check on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
