We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Community Staff Nurse to join the Helensburgh and Lochside District Nursing Team on a fixed-term basis until 20 October 2026.
The post holder will work as part of the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver planned programmes of care to individuals, families and carers within the community setting, supporting admission avoidance and facilitating early supported discharge from hospital.

Responsibilities
* Work as part of the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver planned programmes of care to individuals, families and carers within the community setting.
* Support admission avoidance and facilitate early supported discharge from hospital.
Qualifications
* First Level Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
* Previous community experience desirable; newly qualified nurses welcome to apply.
* A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
Benefits
* Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part‑time hours will be adjusted on a pro‑rated basis.
* An increase in the hourly rate to ensure pay remains unaffected.
