As an Engineering Store and Office Administrator, you will play an essential role in keeping our Engineering Department organised and efficient. You'll manage engineering stock and equipment, maintain accurate records, and provide vital administrative support to the wider team. Your Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain engineering equipment asset registers and stock control systems
Support daily and weekly engineering work scheduling and job allocation
Administer and record contractor documentation in line with company procedures
Order and manage maintenance supplies, ensuring accurate stock control
Maintain organised filing and documentation systems for all engineering records
Provide general administrative and office support to the Engineering team
What We're Looking For
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience delivering customer service or office administration support
Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines
