We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Project Manager to support the delivery of a CAT A refurbishment project in Staines, including the installation of VRF air conditioning systems.
This is an 812 week programme with day-to-day site attendance required, overseeing works through delivery and ensuring programme, quality and site standards are maintained throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of site activities and subcontractors
Overseeing CAT A refurbishment works and VRF AC installation package
Managing programme, quality and health & safety on site
Coordinating trades and ensuring works progress in line with programme
Client and stakeholder liaison throughout delivery
Managing site documentation, reporting and progress updates
Ensuring works are delivered safely and to required standards
Requirements:
Proven experience delivering CAT A refurbishment projects
Experience managing mechanical packages / HVAC / VRF installations preferred
Strong subcontractor and programme management experience
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required
