What’s involved?
As a Chef de Partie, you will work alongside an incredibly talented Head Chef and Sous Chef. You will be responsible for Demi Chef de Partie and Commis chefs, preparing food to a high standard consistently, in line with current menu specifications. You should be confident in accepting and checking the quality of ingredients from suppliers. Candidates with experience in a similar role will have an advantage, but training and opportunities for progression are provided.
