As the first point of contact for finance-related queries, you’ll manage orders and invoices using Sage, reconcile deliveries, and maintain robust systems to ensure compliance with the Academies Financial Handbook. You’ll also oversee ScoPay transactions, liaise with suppliers and the Schools Support Team, and support lettings invoicing. The role includes general administrative duties, exam invigilation, and break cover, offering variety and the chance to work closely with staff, students, and parents in a supportive school environment.
