NEOS Protect is an established and growing business with a strong reputation, loyal customer base, and proven sales pipeline. We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to help accelerate revenue growth, increase market share, and support the continued expansion of the business.
The Role
This is a business development-focused role with responsibility for driving sales growth, generating new opportunities, and strengthening NEOS Protect’s market presence. Working closely with the Directors, you will take ownership of business development activities, convert opportunities into sales, and lead marketing initiatives that support lead generation and brand awareness.
We already have a strong foundation, established client relationships, and a healthy pipeline of opportunities. The successful candidate will build on this success by developing new business, increasing conversion rates, and helping deliver ambitious growth targets. You’ll be away from home (on average) a few days per weekday at events, meeting clients/architects and/or in meetings promoting NEOS.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
* Drive revenue growth through proactive business development activities.
* Convert incoming enquiries and leads into profitable orders.
* Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across existing and new markets.
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, and industry contacts.
* Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are progressed effectively.
* Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
* Monitor sales performance and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
* Work with the Directors to develop and implement sales strategies that support company growth objectives.
Marketing & Brand Development
* Develop and implement marketing initiatives that support lead generation and sales growth.
* Identify new marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness and market presence.
* Manage and develop website content, social media activity, and digital marketing campaigns.
* Create and coordinate marketing materials, case studies, and promotional content.
* Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements to maximise return on investment.
About You
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a commercially focused role.
* Strong track record of generating leads and winning new business.
* Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
* Comfortable development of both sales and marketing initiatives.
* Willing to travel and stay away from home (weekdays every week, if required).
* Experience in a B2B environment is desirable.
