This is an excellent opportunity to join a Tier 1: ranked Legal 500 International Law Firm within their specialist Professional Negligence Team. They are seeking a Solicitor to handle high-quality cases on behalf of insurers, focusing on contractor and construction claims, with additional exposure to a variety of professional indemnity disputes.
You’ll work directly with clients and insurers, handling claims from pre-action protocols through ADR, mediation, adjudication, and litigation. You will also provide policy coverage advice and engage in adjudication, arbitration, and disciplinary proceedings, while preparing reports, witness statements, and liaising with Counsel and experts.
We’re looking for candidates with a background in professional indemnity and/or construction disputes, along with strong litigation skills. Excellent technical, communication, and client management abilities are essential.
