The Pharmacy Admin team are looking for an organised and determined individual to cover a 12 month maternity period, to assist with the various ongoing projects and admin work. As well as supporting Transformation, Formulary & other areas within Pharmacy, the chosen applicant will provide an excellent administration service to the Chief Pharmacist, Deputy Chief Pharmacist and the Pharmacy Department. This will include working with the Senior Pharmacy Assistant to develop, progress and deliver project-related work as agreed with the Deputy Chief Pharmacist.
Assist the Personal Assistant and Senior Management Team members in all secretarial and administrative duties.
Initiate systems to enhance the efficiency of the General Pharmacy admin office.
Be a focal point for all staff enquiries with regard to diary management and time-tabling for meetings and tutorials.
Act as mentor to junior/apprentice staff.
