Description
Key responsibilities:
* Manage and lead a team within the engineering and manufacturing department to meet production targets.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the facility.
* Monitor and optimise production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
* Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operational workflows.
* Oversee equipment maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime.
* Provide regular performance updates to senior management.
