As Facilities Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Facilities Manager with general maintenance across office and warehouse sites
* Painting, decorating, and basic DIY tasks
* Site-specific improvements and garden-related tasks
* Liaising with contractors onsite
* Admin support including filing records and invoices
* Actioning tasks from the online maintenance register
As Facilities Assistant, your experience will include:
* Working knowledge of tools and equipment, with general trade experience (e.g. electrics, carpentry, building)
* Ability to work independently and unsupervised
* Basic Health & Safety training relevant to trade-related work
* Clean driving licence (essential for travel between sites)
