Hays is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader on behalf of our client based in Dartford. This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth operation of a fast-paced pick-pack warehouse environment
- Support the achievement of daily targets and objectives
- Enforce health and safety standards across the team
- Ensure all runs and loads are picked and packed to consistently high standards
- Assist with daily team briefings
- Ensure daily checks of handling equipment are completed
