As a Senior Theatre Practitioner - Recovery you will play a vital role across the patient pathway, delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, patient-centred care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient journeys.
* Contribute to clinical audits, research, and service development initiatives.
* Support safe, efficient theatre operations and optimal use of resources.
* Create a positive, empathetic environment for patients, colleagues, and visitors.

About You
You are a dedicated and motivated practitioner with a genuine passion for delivering excellent patient care.
* Registered Nurse (RGN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP Level 3)
* Previous experience in a theatre environment
* Previous recovery experience
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based care
* Orthopaedic experience
* Evidence of continued professional development.
Location & Contract Details
* Location: The Horder Centre, Crowborough
* Contract Type: Permanent, Full‑Time (4 days a week 8 am to 6 pm)
* Salary: up to £42,198.00 per annum, depending on experience
