Lead Responsible Person
Location: On-site, North-West UK
Travel: Between multiple warehouse and manufacturing sites
Are you ready to take the lead in ensuring compliance and operational excellence across a dynamic pharmaceutical supply chain? We’re looking for a Lead Responsible Person to oversee GDP standards and drive best practice across several key sites – both new and established.
What you’ll do:
* Act as the primary Responsible Person for multiple licensed facilities.
* Ensure full compliance with MHRA guidelines and GDP requirements.
* Lead audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with warehouse and manufacturing teams to maintain robust quality systems.
* Provide expert guidance on regulatory obligations and operational risk management.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a Responsible Person within a pharmaceutical environment – end to end experience.
* Strong knowledge of GDP and MHRA requirements.
* Experience of controlled drugs is beneficial
* Excellent leadership and communication skills – if you have people management that would be helpful but not essential if you have the appetite to take this on.
* Ability to travel between sites and work fully on-site.
