SEND TA - Secondary Schools In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the learning and development of students in a KS3 / KS4 with additional needs in secondary schools, this will be including working with children with SEMH (Social and Emotional Mental Health), Challenging Behaviours and other SEN students. You will work closely with the classroom teacher and fellow TA's/ Learning Support Assistants to ensure the students gain the support they need to succeed. The ideal candidates will be available to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm, five days a week. Pay ranges from £95 - £100 a day - which will be based of your experience and qualifications! Requirements: Experience working with children, particularly those with additional needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive and empathetic approach to working with children. A commitment to consistent and effective support.
