Working for a longstanding consultancy client of Huntsman's, this role is to form part of a team responsible for the multi-phase development of a large logistics facility based in the Midlands. Your role as the Senior Programme Manager will be to oversee and take responsibility for the following: Project Oversight Stakeholder Management Budget Management Risk Management Team Leadership Quality Assurance Lead on Reporting and Communication This development consists of heavy infrastructure works to include a railway line and a number of new build logistic facilities utilising both NEC and JCT Contract types. Candidates will ideally come from a Project Management background within Construction and have experience working for private sector, built environment consultancies on large scale development projects. If you have worked on large scale warehousing, manufacturing or critical infrastructure schemes that would be highly desirable! It is essential that you feel comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders, are able to manage contractors and you will be supported by a senior leadership team within the business. Whilst this role is based in London, candidates will be expected to visit the site in the Midlands.
