Job Title: Supply Chain Planner

Join our Rolls-Royce team in Derby as a Supply Chain Planner. You will be responsible for delivering your defined portfolio, acting as a single point of contact, and ensuring on-time delivery through effective planning while maintaining ERP and supporting systems. You will identify, prioritize, mitigate, and resolve delivery issues within your team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Produce credible plans to meet customer demands, considering inventory, logistics, and storage.
2. Ensure pre-production activities are completed with accurate data to support supply plans.
3. Manage supply chain order books and project plans, making balanced decisions to support business priorities.
4. Understand load and capacity factors affecting delivery and implement mitigations.
5. Optimize inventory while minimizing delivery risks and costs.
6. Provide robust responses to Sales and Operation Planning queries through Demand Management.
7. Participate in business and operational reviews to assess capability and manage risks.
8. Operate in accordance with policies and procedures, including RRMS.
Candidate Profile

* Have experience in supply chain planning and control.
* Understand load and capacity management.

* Take responsibility for personal development.
* Have working knowledge of MRP and/or ERP systems.
* Possess influencing skills.
