Key ResponsibilitiesTesting
1. Undertake specific end-to-end test activities across multiple phases on the Workday platform, providing input, feedback and support to the test team and wider programme team, including dependencies in other functional areas, payroll.
2. Contribute to service readiness and service acceptance, including creating and reviewing Standard Operating Processes and desk instructions to support future service delivery
Capacity Build
3. Support the build of future service delivery capacity through the recruitment, onboarding and development in line with future organisational design.
4. Provide guidance and support to other SMEs working on the Programme.
Implementation
5. Support the onboarding of new customers and undertake any required knowledge transfer from their current service providers
6. As Senior Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for the Record to Report area (General Ledger, Consolidation, VAT, Fixed Assets), support the future team withplex queries, advice and build development pathways for individual team members.
7. Embrace and act as role model for new ways of working under the programme.
Future BAU
8. Following GoLive (expected July 26), you will deliver first-class service to new clients and customers on the Workday platform in line with the (to be agreed) respective SLAs and KPIs.
9. Provide continued support and development to the team
10. Actively support continuous improvement across the service boundaries and the application of automation and AI to deliver future effectiveness and efficiencies
*Flexibility will be required to respond to the changing needs of the organisation and the service, and occasional travel to other sites within the UK will be expected.*
