SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking/SAP HR Consultant (CATS)UK - Mostly Remote with very occasional travel the UK offices6-month Contract paying between £700 - £773 per day insideIR35BPSS and SC Clearance required
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking/SAP HR Consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP Time Tracking and Consolidated Time Recording (CTR) solutions within a large enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:* Deliver SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementations end-to-end* Design Consolidated Time Recording (CTR) frameworks and global templates* Configure Time Valuations, Time Types, Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars and Time Accounts* Integrate Time Tracking with Employee Central, Payroll (ECP) and third-party systems* Facilitate workshops and produce functional specifications and documentation
Requirements:* Strong SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking/SAP HR Time Management experience* Knowledge of CTR frameworks and payroll integration* Excellent stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
