The Role
Support delivery of systems implementation and integration workstreams, contributing to requirements, testing, coordination and successful delivery outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
* Support requirements gathering and documentation (user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria)
* Assist system implementation, configuration and integration activity
* Document system interfaces, integrations and data flows
* Support process mapping and alignment between systems and business needs
* Assist testing activities (system, integration, UAT) and track defects
* Support stakeholder engagement, workshops and coordination
* Maintain delivery documentation, trackers and governance artefacts
* Contribute to internal tools, templates and continuous improvement

Requirements
* Experience or strong interest in systems, IT, integration or related areas
* Experience in a systems, IT support, business analysis or project environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to understand how systems support business processes
* Experience producing clear documentation
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desirable:
* Higher education or system implementation experience
* Exposure to integrations, APIs or data flows
* Experience supporting testing (UAT/system testing)
* Familiarity with student systems or project environments
