Recruitment Coordinator
Location: North Somerset (Hybrid working)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
Robert Half are working with a growing business in North Somerset to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator to support their continued expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who is passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience and representing a strong employer brand.
The Role
The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day recruitment activity end to end, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and attract high-quality talent across the business.
You'll play a key role in ensuring candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment journey, acting as a true ambassador for the company's values and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer and onboarding
Work closely with hiring managers to understand roles and recruitment needs
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process
Create and manage job adverts across relevant platforms
Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and manage feedback
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting through ATS
Represent the company's values, brand, and culture to the external market
About You
Previous recruitment experience, either agency or in-house
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies
Candidate-focused with a passion for employer branding
Desirable Experience
Recruitment experience within engineering, manufacturing, technical, or project-based roles
Experience supporting recruitment in a growing or changing business
