Main Duties
* Deliver well-planned, high-quality science lessons that promote good or outstanding pupil progress.
* Differentiate teaching to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN.
* Regularly evaluate pupil work and progress, providing helpful feedback.
* Prepare reports on pupil development following school guidelines.
* Manage behaviour in line with school policies, promoting a positive learning environment.
* Engage in school activities and events as needed.
* Work across multiple school locations and outreach settings, including transporting pupils in your own vehicle when necessary.

Required Qualifications & Skills
* GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or equivalent).
* A recognised teaching qualification.
* Proficiency in using ICT for teaching and assessment.
* Reliable, patient, and trustworthy.
* Recent proven experience teaching science successfully to groups or classes.
* Experience working with pupils who have Special Educational Needs.
* Strong empathy and patience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
