Job Title: Partnerships Manager
Location: Hybrid (London-based HQ with national travel as required)
Salary: 40-55k
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
About Us:
Young Crisis Hub is a division of the Young Wellbeing Hub, created in direct response to the urgent and growing need for specialist, rapid-response support for children and young people in crisis. We provide high-quality emergency staffing solutions for services across the UK — working with local authorities, NHS trusts, and care providers to ensure that no young person falls through the cracks.
Our work is values-led, impact-driven, and deeply rooted in compassion. Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Partnerships Manager to help us deepen our relationships, grow our network, and scale our impact.
The Role:
As our Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a central role in building, maintaining, and growing key relationships with commissioning bodies, NHS trusts, local authorities, and care providers. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to identify strategic partnership opportunities, lead on business development conversations, and ensure that our partners feel seen, supported, and inspired by the work we’re doing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on developing and delivering a national partnership strategy aligned to our mission
* Build strong, trusting relationships with senior stakeholders across commissioning teams, NHS services, children’s homes, and partner organisations
* Identify new business and collaboration opportunities and lead on outreach and proposals
* Represent Young Crisis Hub at sector events, panels, roundtables, and networking meetings
* Work closely with internal teams (clinical, operations, recruitment) to ensure partnership goals are delivered
* Monitor partner satisfaction and feedback, identifying opportunities to improve our offer
* Support contract renewals, reporting, and relationship management across existing accounts
* Keep up to date with market trends, funding developments, and policy changes affecting young people in crisis
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a partnerships, business development, or stakeholder engagement role — ideally within health, social care, or children’s services
* A natural relationship-builder with emotional intelligence and strategic thinking
* Confidence speaking with commissioners, directors, and senior leaders
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* An understanding of the challenges facing young people’s mental health and crisis care is a strong plus
* Comfortable working at pace, across multiple projects
* Values-aligned, driven by social impact, and unafraid to challenge the status quo
Why Join Us?
* A purpose-driven role with real-world impact
* Flexible working with a supportive, close-knit team
* Opportunities for growth across a pioneering and expanding group
* A chance to be part of systemic change in children’s crisis care
