Customer Support Executive

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and want to make a real impact? We’re looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in Camberley.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing requests from initial call logging through to resolution. You’ll work closely with technical teams and ensure every interaction is handled with accuracy and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:
1. Log all service and application-related calls in the Service Management System, verifying contract and warranty details.
2. Forward logged calls to the appropriate technical or applications support teams.
3. Act as the main point of contact for enquiries, directing them to the right department.
4. Create spare part and test equipment orders for planned visits and coordinate timely delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
5. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
6. Excellentmunication skills, both over the phone and virtually.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
8. Strong organisational skills and a collaborative approach.
9. What We Offer:
10. Salary: £28,000 + £1,400 annual bonus (5%).
11. 26 days holiday (plus the option to buy or sell up to 5 extra days).

Working Hours:Week 1:
18. Mon: 9am–8pm
19. Tue: 9am–8pm
20. Wed: Off
21. Thu: Off
22. Fri: 9am–8pm
23. Sat: 8am–8pm
24. Sun: 8am–8pm
Week 2:
25. Mon: Off
26. Tue: Off
27. Wed: 9am–8pm
28. Thu: 9am–8pm
29. Fri: Off
30. Sat: Off
31. Sun: Off
