Our client in Bedford is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop, offering a rewarding role with excellent earning potential and opportunities for professional development.

* Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am 5:30pm, with no weekend work

* Exposure to a diverse range of vehicles, including cars and vans, with specialist work on German vehicles
Duties:
* Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs adhering to manufacturer standards
* Perform full vehicle servicing and repairs across a fleet of cars and occasional vans
* Diagnose faults accurately and record vehicle conditions affecting safety, reliability, and performance
* Carry out MOT testing, subject to licensing
* Maintain high standards of workmanship within a team environment
Candidate Specification:
* NVQ Level 3 in Service and Maintenance or equivalent qualification (time-served technicians are also encouraged to apply)
* Minimum of 3 years relevant workshop experience
* Possession of own tools
* MOT tester licence is highly desirable but not essential
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to develop further skills in Hybrid/EV technologies and MOT testing
