This is a contract role for a Sales Trainer specialising in financial services, servicing our sales training customers in London or Melbourne. You will be responsible for facilitating engaging sales training sessions for clients, equipping sales teams with both foundational and advanced selling & BD techniques tailored to the financial services industry. The role involves designing and delivering training materials, analysing team performance, providing ongoing coaching and support, and identifying areas for improvement to meet client sales goals.

We would particularly favour talking to finance and investment professionals who are nearing the end of their career and would like to move to training others a few days per month.


Role Description

This is a contract role for a Sales Trainer specialising in financial services, servicing our sales training customers in London or Melbourne. Qualifications

* Strong skills in Training & Development and Communication
* Experience in Sales through Customer Service and building client relationships
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and team dynamics
* Solid understanding of the financial services industry and sales environment - particularly Advisory, Asset Managers, Funds and Investment Banking.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
* Experience in hybrid work environments and the ability to manage work both remotely and on-site
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
