You will have the ability to:
• Immediately step into a client-facing, Research Manager role. You will run product deliveries to heads of businesses/products
• Build a network of market knowledgeable individuals to gather market insights
• Prepare commentaries documenting key takeaways and insights
• Own quantitative benchmarks and insight (with day-to-day support from our dedicated analytics team in India)
• Analyse and interpret analytics and present the output intelligently and impactfully to clients
• Drive our understanding of the competitor landscape and key performance differentiators within the Securities Services space
Your Expertise
• Bachelor’s degree required, post-graduate degree from a top business school preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Securities Services sales, product, business management or consulting
• Knowledge of Securities Services, likely to have been gained from working within a Securities Services division, the financial services practice of a consulting firm, or a specialist competitive intelligence firm
• Excellent communications skills and the ability and willingness to present analysis to senior client stakeholders in an engaging manner
• Analytical mindset and ability work with large datasets to derive compelling insights to support client business strategy
• Robust project management skills demonstrated by track record of successfully delivering multiple concurrent projects and coordinating work across multiple teams or stakeholders
• Strong degree of independence, drive, and self-motivation
• Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to easily build rapport with senior clients
• Genuine interest in and passion for the financial services sector, along with a desire to further develop your knowledge and understanding of the sector
• Commercial hunger to build and develop a business
