We are an outsourcing company that has clients in Europe, USA and Asia. We are looking for someone to work as Seller Marketing Operation & Social Community engagement with our valued client in their office in London. Our client is a social media video content platform for creating and sharing short lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos and with offices in most EMEA and AMS countries.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to execute the weekly prospect/seller outreach and incentive strategy forour client's Seller Acquisition team. This role focuses on accurately implementing pre-defined seller incentive campaigns, preparing engaging prospect/seller-facing communication assets, building awareness among seller communities across social platforms and ensuring timely delivery, supported by comprehensive documentation and compliance.
Responsibilities
* Content Creation: Develop clear and engaging seller-facing communications across email, in-app messages, and promotional materials using design tools such as Canva or Figma.
* Programme Oversight: Support end-to-end management of promotional reward programmes, including performance tracking, budget monitoring, and stakeholder updates.
* Campaign Implementation: Execute seller incentive campaigns, including configuration of campaign mechanics, reward and creating clear seller-facing content for each initiative.
* Community Engagement: Actively engage with potential sellers via social platforms (Reddit, Quora, etc.) to raise awareness of our client's shop and answer seller-related queries about registration.
* Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure that all seller-facing content adheres to brand, legal, and operational guidelines with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
Minimum requirements
* Strong written English skills with the ability to create clear and engaging content (proven experience writing marketing copy e.g emails, social posts, product descriptions).
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver error-free work.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured, organised manner.
* Comfortable working within defined processes and learning new tools or systems quickly.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task ownership.
Preferred Skills/Qualification
* Previous experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or B2B marketing environments
* Basic familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools (further training can be provided).
* Familiarity with social platforms like FB groups, Reddit, Quora, or Discord to join or drive conversations
