Account Director – Agency Sales

An experienced Account Director is now being sought to join the Agency Sales team. This is a senior role for someone who excels at building influential agency partnerships, shaping strategy and driving sustainable commercial growth across a defined agency group.
The Role
The Account Director will:
* Own and develop senior agency relationships across a designated patch
* Drive consistent year-on-year growth in brand activity and spend
* Proactively identify, shape and convert new commercial opportunities
* Act as an ambassador for the company’s products, technology, research and partnerships
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to create innovative, commercially strong DOOH solutions
* Lead bespoke agency engagement initiatives, including breakfasts, lunch & learn sessions and large-scale agency events
* Represent the business at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
* Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting through Salesforce
* Share insight, knowledge and best practice across the wider Agency Sales team
The Person
The ideal candidate will be:
* Highly commercial with a proven track record in agency sales
* Experienced in influencing media planning and investment decisions within OOH
* A confident and engaging presenter, comfortable working with senior agency stakeholders
* Well-versed in the wider media ecosystem
* Proactive, curious and self-motivated, with strong commercial instincts
* Collaborative in approach, contributing to a high-performing and inclusive team culture
A strong agency network is beneficial but not essential.
