:

- HR Transactions- ServiceNow, Cardinal and Banner

- Departmental Recruiting

- Faculty Contract Administration and Data Management

- HR Consultations

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities and/or Competencies required to successfully perform the work:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and follow through.

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Additional Considerations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working in a statewide human resources environment is preferred.

• Higher education human resources experience is preferred.

• Experience with Cardinal financial and HR systems is preferred.

• Experience using Banner and ServiceNow platforms is preferred.

• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM‑CP) is preferred.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
