We’re partnering with a high-growth, independent media agency known for delivering performance-led, multi-channel campaigns for well-known brands across property, travel, fashion, gaming, and eCommerce.
They’re now looking to add a Paid Search Manager to their performance team - someone who enjoys owning accounts, driving measurable growth, and working closely with clients on meaningful budgets.

The role
You’ll take ownership of paid search activity across a portfolio of larger, established clients, with real scope to influence strategy rather than just execution.
* Own and optimise Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
* Analyse performance trends, test new approaches, and continuously improve ROI
* Manage larger budgets with a focus on growth, efficiency, and scale
* Present insights, performance, and recommendations directly to clients
What they’re looking for
* 2+ years’ experience managing PPC / Paid Search campaigns
* Agency experience preferred, but not essential
* Confident working with larger accounts and budgets
* Strong analytical mindset - comfortable turning data into insight
