Job Description
We are looking for an Account Manager to build and maintain partner relationships with one of our top eCommerce accounts. We encourage creativity to present innovative solutions with a test and learn mentality; and in return, we seek a balance between executing priorities and adopting a strategic approach to ensure sustainable consumer sales growth. This role reports to the Head of eCommerce, UK & Ireland. It is part of a collaborative, successful team empowered to be creative, drive performance, and prioritize personal development. Core Responsibilities
* Business ownership – full accountability for end-to-end Account management.
* Managing 1 of our largest eCommerce accounts and 3 smaller eCommerce accounts in UK & Ireland.
* Developing short and long-term business plans, managing detailed financials, and executing commercial priorities effectively.
* Building relationships across internal teams and external partners such as Brand Marketing, PR, Business Intelligence, Trade Marketing, and Operations to implement retailer plans and support company initiatives.
* Leading negotiations through joint business plans and day-to-day partner collaborations to ensure strong ROI.
* Focusing on personal development by creating plans to target key competencies and stay updated on emerging trends.

We seek someone with account management experience and a proven track record of results, preferably with UK & Ireland eCommerce market exposure. The ideal candidate will lead with curiosity, bravery, and focus.

* Experience in sales or related commercial functions.
* A consistent record of delivering strong business results and high accountability.
* Ability to persuade others using relevant data and a strong analytical approach.
* Ability to balance short-term results with long-term strategic planning.
* Effective relationship-building skills with a collaborative approach.
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple partners.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
* Availability to work 3 days in our Slough office and 2 days from home.
