Sales Account Manager
Outskirts of Newark / Mansfield, Full time, Permanent
Salary £28,000 (to increase to £29,000 following probation) + commission (OTE £35,000)
Our Nottinghamshire based Client is recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join their busy sales team on a full time, permanent basis. This role will combine sales expertise with strong customer service to provide exceptional support.
THE ROLE
As Sales Account Manager your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Overseeing the sales process for your client from initial contact, to ongoing account management
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
* Understanding client challenges
* Securing new and renewed maintenance contracts including upselling and cross‑selling
* Developing an understanding of the range of products and services available in order to offer expert advice and solutions
THE CANDIDATE
An ideal Sales Account Manager candidate will possess the following:
* Confident sales and negotiation skills
* A proven track record of closing sales
* Strong customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills
You will be a quick thinker, organised and methodical as well as being self‑motivated and enjoy working as part of a team.
