We’re looking for a skilled Accounts Administrator to take ownership of our accounts function and work closely with our Company Director. If you have solid management accounts experience and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
Manage sales ledgers and client accounts.
Produce statements, reconcile accounts, and process payments.
Handle debt collection, credit control, and reporting on outstanding balances.
Support accounts payable, matching, batching, and coding.
Assist with VAT returns, month-end tasks, prepayments, and accruals.
Process payroll and ensure statutory compliance.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and other financial reports.
Provide day-to-day support to the Director and senior team.
What we’re looking for:
Proficiency in Xero and strong bookkeeping knowledge.
Understanding of GAAP and payroll regulations.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
