An opportunity has arisen for a Dental Technician (Crown & Bridge) to join a well-established dental laboratory delivering high-quality solutions across a range of prosthetic and restorative treatments.
As a Dental Technician, you will be producing precision-made ceramic dental restorations, using both traditional craftsmanship and digital techniques.
This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
Crafting aesthetic ceramic restorations such as crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, and onlays
Independently handling all stages of the ceramic build-up process, including layering, staining, and glazing
Working with a range of materials including zirconia, lithium disilicate, and porcelain-fused-to-metal
Interpreting dental models, impressions, and digital scans to ensure optimal fit and occlusion
Using digital CAD/CAM systems and milling equipment for restoration design and production
Collaborating closely with clinical and technical teams to meet high case standards
What we are looking for:
Previously worked as a Dental Technician,Dental Technologist, Lab Technician, Laboratory Technician or in a similar role.
Experienced Technician specialising in ceramic restorations, including crowns and bridges
Solid understanding of dental structures and morphology
A strong sense of aesthetics and expert-level colour matching skills
Competence in both manual and digital ceramic fabrication methods
Excellent hand skills and attention to detail
