Data Quality Clerk, 19 hours per week
The opportunity has arisen for a Data Quality Clerk to work as a member of the Data Quality Team to provide a timely comprehensive data entry support service to support data quality across Trust core systems. Working as part of the Data Quality team to ensure robust systems are in place to deliver the highest level of accuracy with regard to data capture, data assignment and data validation.
Ensure accurate data entry is entered onto the patient record.
Finalise patient discharges on Trust systems for Emergency and Elective admissions.
Upload referrals onto archive system.
Enter and retrieve data from Trust systems, including but not limited to Silverlink, NHS Summary Care Record, ORMIS, symphony and Realtime.
Monitor Data Quality mailbox and ensure queries are answered or escalated as appropriate.
Retrieve and enter data checking for accuracy and missing information.
Open the mail that is delivered to the team, date stamp and action accordingly.
Communicate effectively at all levels.
Undertake continued professional development, including mandatory and statutory training.
Respond to all enquiries in a confidential, pleasant and helpful manner at all times.
Answer the telephone, take messages and share with the identified team member.
Work as a team member to maintain safe storage of confidential information.
Maintain a clean workstation / area.
To file any documents in a timely manner and in accordance to trust policy.
Take meeting notes at team meetings.
Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as agreed with the Data Quality Manager.
