Purpose of the position
As an Administrative Assistant within the HR Team, you will manage and support payroll data entry activities.
Key Activities
* Data entry for starters, leavers, and pay rate changes, including answering related queries.
* Processing expense claims.
* Supporting the Senior Payroll Officer with offshore payroll activities, including processing vessel timesheets into the HR system within deadlines.
* Monitoring timesheet submissions and reconciling submissions with vessel personnel reports.
* Ensuring accuracy of timesheets through sample checks.
* Assisting with updating the Time & Attendance system.
* Supporting general payroll duties and data collation for reporting.
What we're looking for
* Experience or background in data entry or administrative activities is appreciated but not mandatory.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
