Compensation
Salary £19.91–£21.98 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
 * Take responsibility for the well‑being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
 * Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
 * Carry out assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident.
 * Monitor work areas and practices to ensure safety and conformance to relevant standards, policies and legislation.
Qualifications & Skills
 * Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, responsible for managing the unit alongside clinical duties.
 * Experience ensuring that policies and standards are maintained to a high clinical standard.
 * Confidence in providing clinical guidance to care teams and supporting CQC compliance.
 * Strong communication and reporting skills for effective handover of clinical issues.
 * Ability to work independently during night shifts, displaying critical thinking, self‑reliance, and calmness in emergencies.
