This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to join an established and successful business, based on site in Annesley, Nottinghamshire. Prolog Fulfilment Ltd has over 30 years experience of partnering with brands to develop their business, with two multi-user warehouses, totalling 250,000 sq. ft, along with a Contact Centre based in Sudbury Suffolk overall employing circa 240 staff members. This position would suit a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Executive to oversee and nurture relationships with their key clients. What you need to apply for this role: Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing client issues Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM software preferred A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment What the role involves: You will be the primary point of contact for designated key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic account management and exceptional customer service. Duties to include: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively Manage and maintain client accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and updating client information as needed Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients, driving revenue growth Monitor and analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to clients Salary/hours: Competitive. Working Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am 5.30pm, some flexibility is required surrounding these hours, with one hour for lunch each day.
